About Us

MRSB Group traces its roots back to November 1978, when Shaun MacIsaac first opened the doors to what would become one of Prince Edward Island’s most trusted professional service firms. As the years unfolded, the firm quickly evolved welcoming new partners and new opportunities.

In 1999, the firm rebranded to the name its known by today MRSB — an acronym representing the four partners at the time: MacIsaac, Roche, Soloman, and Burge. Since then, the firm has continued to grow, expanding services, teams, and office locations proudly under the MRSB banner.

What began as a small accounting practice has grown into a multidisciplinary group — still guided by the same Island roots but with a broader horizon in sight. Today, MRSB Group’s team of over 70 dedicated staff serves clients across PEI and around the world with comprehensive professional financial services.

Proudly rooted on PEI

At the corner of Queen and Grafton Streets in Charlottetown stands a building that has quietly witnessed the pulse of Island life for more than 150 years. Built in 1867, the Rogers Hardware building has served community for generations. Today, as the Charlottetown home of MRSB Group, it continues to provide people-first, quality services to help our neighbours and communities thrive.
