I have been pleased with MRSB’s work across the board and with the work of Wendy Drake in particular. Our team at Holland College thought Wendy could do a good job facilitating the development of a new strategic plan for the Culinary Institute of Canada, as we were preparing for a $7 million restructuring of our facility. One of Wendy’s key strengths is her ability to engage people at all levels of the organization. Wendy is an extremely strong communicator and facilitator, and she knows how to gather the best possible perspectives on important challenges. Not only did Wendy engage the right people, but she also went above our expectations to paint a richer picture of the perspective we wanted her to capture. Wendy also has a strong ability to think critically and synthesize large amounts of information in a manner that is straightforward, coherent, and easy to understand. We were very happy with the outcome and we now have a strategic plan that outlines a new approach that is integrated and consistent with the restructuring of our building and our capital efforts. We couldn’t have done one without the other. I would absolutely recommend MRSB to others.
