Strategic planning is not an easy task, but I had a fantastic time at the full-day planning session. I loved the process! I could not have been more pleased with the Board’s contributions and Wendy’s facilitation approach. Everyone was there and fully engaged. Wendy worked with us to gather as much input as possible and allowed everyone time to contribute, so we drilled down to the core of things. Wendy asked the right probing questions so that we honed in on key details that helped bring the framework together in a cohesive way. I would recommend Wendy Drake and MRSB 7 days a week and twice on Sunday!
