Chris Matters joined MRSB Consulting Services in 2011 after working for 17 years in the private industry. He held senior management roles relating to operations, technical, and business development in food and consumer products manufacturing. Throughout this experience, Chris travelled extensively in Europe and North America, developing an extensive network of international contacts crossing multiple industries. Chris’s expertise is focused on problem-solving and removing inefficiencies while generating new concepts to improve clients’ businesses’ overall success and profitability.
