MRSB Consulting Services, a leading management consulting company in Atlantic Canada, is currently seeking a full-time, experienced, Senior Consultant with strong financial skills to join our team. The senior consultant will work on engagements for various sectors of the economy in Atlantic Canada, Canada and Internationally. Engagements vary but include: economic development strategies, strategic plans, business plans, funding proposals, organizational reviews, program evaluations, and market research.
Key activities – will involve:
- Project Management including organizing and managing your work day and project work plans to ensure completion of projects on time and on budget and managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Critical analysis and provision of strategic advice through research and stakeholder engagement.
- Communication both written and oral; ability to write highly effective reports and presentations to and for senior management and leadership.
- Working in a team environment and leading project teams.
- Playing a key role in identifying, exploring and developing new opportunities.
Qualifications – The ideal candidate will have completed a post-secondary degree and have more than 5 years experience in a consulting or senior advisory role. Preference will be given to candidates with an accounting related designation or relevant experience. The individual will require excellent relationship building skills, professionalism, strong written and oral communication skills, and good analytical skills.

Anticipated salary range is $80,000 to $100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
